My name is Simon Lin, an instructional designer specializes in creating E-learning, blended learning, instructor-led training and virtual classroom training. I have more than ten years experience in applying ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) principle to training lifcycle and create training for different audiences. In addition to creating training materials, I'm also proficient in using different tools to convert complicate concepts into graphics and build engaging training and facilitate learning process

As an instructional designer, I work closely with the learning management systems (LMS) administrator to upload training materials, conduct usability test and maintain training materials on LMS.
