I Paid My Bill - What Happened?

When an Insured calls about a payment, there are many different situations you will need to address, because there are several ways to pay. In this lesson you will learn how to:

• Identify the common problems with each form of payment
• Research payments and billing in Seagull
• Provide accurate information to the insured

In this lesson you will get to listen to a typical call about a payment, watch how the call is processed in the Seagull software system, and then try it yourself in a simulation.
